Anyhoo~ I digress... I am the wife to a charming, sweet, handsome, and all over WoNdErFuL man. We have been married for 9 years and have 3 of the most beautiful children in the world! (You may find that I am sometimes biased.) The oldest is 7 (he's a Jedi), the middle and only daughter (so far) is 5 and a total Diva-Princess, and my sweet baby monkey is turning 3 in May 2012. When I am not creating and crafting, I spend all my time with the Hubs and 3 Little Monkeys, because FAMILY is one of the most important things on this Earth!
I created this blog as a place to spew my creative juices, (hmmm....too graphic?) and to share my love for all things pretty. I love to create and work with my hands. You will also find occasional posts about what the Hubs likes to call "the beautification process". i.e. hair I've done, beauty tips, and so forth. I am apologizing in advance for my random ramblings. I tend to go off on tangents quite frequently.
So, why a Little Stone House? It's where I picture myself living someday. A little cottage, preferably in a rural area where I can enjoy peace and quiet, gardening, and enjoying the beauty that God has created. In the words of Robert Ferrars in Sense and Sensibility, "I am excessively fond of a cottage...if I had any money to spare, I should build one myself!"
In the meantime, I shall have to be content with my virtual little stone house. I hope what you find here will help to inspire you and make your heart smile!
